A recently published survey has suggested that two thirds of businesses are ‘unprepared’ for the introduction of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with a separate study revealing that 30% of businesses believe that GDPR fines will have ‘no impact at all’ on their business. Meanwhile, new research has indicated that 70% of individuals are ‘unaware’ of the inheritance tax (IHT) nil-rate band.
